Blubs is a rank 5 monster created from the fear of water. When scaring humans, he fills up people's rooms with water while his shapeshifting fish swimmy and fin shift into sharks or some other aquatic creature and swim around in the water. Blubs is pretty shy for a rank 5 monster, and gets picked on a lot because of it. Blubs is extremely picky when it comes to scaring people too. He hates clutter and will do his best to avoid humans with messy rooms. Sometimes he takes small items he notices collecting dust in peoples rooms. If the items are small enough he’ll decorate his head with them. His only friends besides the fish in his head are Sticks and Port, but he’s a lot closer to Sticks.
