Every pirate crew needs a doctor and for Sylvia’s Cutthroats that’s Phamin the Synx (he/they). Unfortunately his lack of medical training and medical license means his work is hit-or-miss. Being a Synx, Phamin also lacks any concept of empathy, love or kindness. However, he is very good at mimicking these emotions to get people to trust him… usually so he can eat them. He’s also smart enough to cooperate with the rest of the crew and keep them in good health. After all, they’re the ones who deliver his meals.
