When swarms of lanternflies invade the state of Pennsylvania, Gov. Josh Shapiro proposes a contest between the G-52s with fire-based powers to see which one can exterminate the most flies. Fire Fennec, the latest G-52 from Algeria, is one of the contestants.
Meanwhile, Levi the Mountee Lion continues his redemption tour.

Juno: Glad those spotted lanternflies are gone in America. And excellent choice in donating the $10 million to the Amish Heritage Foundation.
Fouad: Oh yes, a private tour for Levi to show him our country is a good idea to show him how good he has it. It's Canada for crying out loud: there's literally nothing for him to stress around about even on his worst days. His worst day was the drone scandal? That's way better than Lakhdar's average day since unlike him, Levi never has to worry about overlooking prisoners to make sure they clean up their mess and rebuild their country.
William S.: If Levi visits Machias Seal Island as part of his apology tour that is fine but, in the end, just like what he said from his own mouth, that island is American property forever, and our Coast Guard is happy that this happened.
Mechayote: We're not complaining because you said it and made our jobs in national defense and foreign policy much easier, and we didn't even have to try.
Chuong: The tree of heaven is a pest tree too. Environment and wildlife management are lucrative careers because of this. The world outside of cities and towns are parks as well.
Zax: The Book of Genesis says to "subdue the Earth", which means eliminating pest organisms from taking over.

Leo: Did you hear that, Levi?
Levi: Yes, I did. I'm going to Algeria to help teach me how good I have it. And possibly Machias Seal Island as well.
Super C: I agree that we should take you to the island as well so you can see what you sacrificed as a result of the drone scandal. From American perspectives, it was free real estate we didn't even have to pay for, and thus, it led to all the celebrations that it did.
