This is Mochi, a male Djungarian dwarf hamster.
Mochi was adopted to me as a female with a bad biting problem. Aside from the gender misidentification (though exactly HOW you can miss a pair of tail torpedoes I have no clue...), their description was spot-on.
I've been working with the little spitfire for the past two months now, and he has made some amazing strides. His biting has become infrequent enough that I no longer have to wear gloves to handle him...and he just adores my husband. :)
Just a little bit of work and a lot of patience. :)
