The planet burns as the creature from beyond grasps its surface with only two fingers. The beast is gentle, ensuring that it does not to crush the planet. This is not done out of kindness, but because it cannot eat this world if it falls apart. What little living land remains houses the only survivors, who look up, only to see a giant eye. Where a pupil should be, is instead billions of thin, articulate teeth circling an empty void. Once consumed, there is no coming back. Perhaps there is a reason for all this? Have we sinned too much, are we unworthy of life, or was this being simply hungry? Whatever the reason, it no longer matters. What can you do now, other than watch this spectacle.
