This has been an idea that's been in the back of my head for a while, an ailment that's in that still unnamed winter fantasy setting I continue to chip away at, over exposure to Aether and Miasma, two byproducts of magic in that world, your body will crystalize, as you crystalize, you lose control of your being to the very forces of magic in the world.
The giant crystal-version of the Grafted Blade Greatsword was just something I thought would be cool.
Don't worry about the text, just how the magic is pronounced in that world.
I kinda wanted to do a bad-end thing for that setting, and this was what came to mind, becoming a crystalline puppet knight.
You still have your consciousness, but your body no longer belongs to you.
On a side note, do you think this counts as part of that petrification fetish you see every now and then?
