This is an old drawing that I found which I decided to finish.
What's the story behind this? I can only guess that the I.M.P. (as in Immediate Murder Professionals, not International Moron Patrol) was hired by one of the enemies of the Mario Bros. and we see Moxxie and Luigi somehow ending up talking about their issues.
