Emory, the deer prince is quite the hedonist, and has been known to dabble in magic and alchemy, collecting various esoterica, all for the purposes of furthering his pleasures. Pouring through his extensive spellbook collection, he found a way to enhance himself quite to his liking. Not only has he instantly given himself a monstrous belly, he's also managed to give himself extra hands to rub is and heft it around.
I absolutely looove the idea of extra arms embracing a huge belly, it just seems so overpowered and excessive and decadent in the best way. As to what Emory filled himself with, perhaps he's inflated, maybe he's stuffed, or maybe he teleported a bunch of people in there, I'll let the viewer pick which they like, best, comment if you wish!
