I also really love the way the hair is drawn and all the beautiful highlights, and the gorgeous 3D look to the eyes and how beautiful the eyelashes are ;w; The strong highlights and shading give such a powerful sense of atmosphere, and with the motion blur of the raindrops and brilliant glistening of the water, there's such an otherworldly beauty to this art, it is hard to describe. Every line and every shimmer is so meticulously placed - even the colors of the lineart are perfectly balanced with the amount of light on that part of the body.
