A very filling dish from

An Indian twist on a Japanese/Chinese classic!
(WARNING: not recommended for those with egg and/or nut allergies!)
Ingredients:
1cup rice
3 eggs (scrambled)
4 precooked bacon slices
1 chopped celery stick
1 finely chopped carrot
1/2 chopped onion
1/4cup unsalted peanuts
1/4cup dried peas
1/4cup peanut butter
1tbsp tandoori sauce
2tsp curry powder
1tsp cumin
2tbsp garlic sauce
1tbsp minced garlic
2tsp ground black pepper
Recipe:
1-boil water and cook your rice in a covered pan with vents or a rice cooker, then add to hot oiled pan
2-in a centre well cook egg until fluffy then mix into rice
3-add the rest of your ingredients and spices until all are combined together
4-serve and enjoy!
Notes:
-feel free to substitute egg for fried tofu and scratch the nuts out of your recipe if you have allergies to either/or.
Also from Chris: If looking to avoid the starch / carbs switch out the rice with cauliflower rice.
