I've envisioned a scene like this since 2015, with an adult dragon taking care of a dragonlet and a child who grow up together (although in my mind they'd still live normal dragon and human lives separately, but the human child would have a special relationship with dragons hiding underground). Although in this case I added a book to make it clearer what's happening
