This is my second design for the collar mechanism. My first design used a system of cables and gears and the rotary actuator, but then I realized that was too m any steps and just went with pistons. The intake hoses will go out the bottom of the center of the frame.

I need to refine this design further so it the whole collar can go up and down a bit, since everything else can. I'll just have to change a few things on this model and it will be fine, no need for a complete redesign!
