Phil Villiers is a thirty-two-year-old gym assistant who enjoys duck herding, painting and blogging. He is stable and creative, but can also be very rude and a bit grumpy. He didn't finish school. Dropping out to pursue poetry and self-publishing a ridiculous amount of it. He lives in an upper class neighborhood. His father walked out thirteen years into his life, leaving his mother, a politician, to look after him. A hopeless dreamer and starving artist, he thinks himself the main character and writes himself into his stuff.

Iggz appears to him to stop his daydreaming and make some friends, and help ground him.
