Our last week in China. Basically "grilled pork bun". Literally just that; grilled pork, that's mixed with some other stuff as filler, and put into a soft yeast dough dumpling, and steamed.

Yeah, my tablemate who made these was extra ditzy tonight. She formed the dough out for proofing about 10 minutes before we *SHOULD* have presented, and then said "OH SHIT! IT'S ALREADY 9?!" I was trying to cheerlead her all night to give her a higher sense of urgency, and yet still moved octogenarian slow...
