New Pokemon drawing! Psychic birbs is the theme. Here we have a Xatu and her Natu offspring. Staying all day long on top of a cliff can make you feel sleepy, haha ^^
I made use of some textured brushes in this~
And regarding Xatu's look, I was inspired by the look of condors, especially when they're standing.
