This is Commander Zir, he a irken commander from the irken armada and one the greatest commanders of Irk, he was the one who took a group of six irken misfits under his wing and make into one of the most efficient combat groups in the whole armada where they where called the Annihilators.

The group consisted of:

Zir pretty much used them as his "Special Forces" to deal with dangerous enemies and they were extremely efficient and in a way or two he was like a father figure to them since all of them even Usi have a deep respect and admiration of him.
