There are lots of nice decent Were-folk in the city of New Victoria.
This ain't one of them.
This is Benjamin Bennings AKA "The Can-Opener"
In a world were werewolves and vampires try to coexist publicly and cooperatively with humans, handsome here wants to start a race war because he considers mankind little better than cattle. He recruits a small group of outcast werewolves and begins a murder and kidnapping spree against humans to raise tension between the two races. Humans make things worse when the city puts a strict curfue in effect to deter werewolves from being out at night, outraging the shapshifting community. Eventually he is captured by the Red Dire, but he escapes into the old part of town with more hostages...
He was born with a chronic insensitivity to pain; he literally cannot feel it. So he has little empathy for those that do...
His violent and psychotic behavior has cost a great deal of wear and tear on his body, he has lost all of his teeth, and designed for hisself a converted muzzle filled with razor-sharp steel fangs. You cant see it here, but his claws had all been torn out, so he replaced them with clawed gloves. His jaws are covered with bacteria from the rotting flesh of his victims, resulting in nasty infections if your lucky enough to survive meeting this twisted soul.
He is likely to appear in the second story. If I ever get around to writing it.
If anyone wants to draw this character, your more than welcome to, just try not to do anything TOO adult...

Haha....yeah he's sick and funny and very personal with his victims. He might talk to you like he was your big brother mentor or AA sponsor-as he was killing you. Pseudo-friendly smokescreen until there's no chance to escape.

He is a villain. In this world, humans aren't supposed to be eaten, all sides agreed to stop fighting, and the city was actually built as a representation of the Unity between the three races.
He just thinks shapeshifters should be in charge, and hates other races.
