This Is just my cringe fanfic interpretation of the characters from the WoodenPlank Comic Universe. Using bits and pieces from various panels to form the framework of this conversation. Although I wrote this to chronologically take place after the battle royal island arc. I also made some artistic interpretations based on the loose interpretation of how characters in smash bros are defined.

That being characters are essentially compositions/constructs/copies of the actual characters. Compositions of a characters abilities and memories. And yes, I do count memories in this definition because the characters would need em to work or operate thier abilities/gear

As of writing this, samus is still alive in the current timeline. so she basically remains unchanged in this scenario

As for ridley. I decided to use the following Sources
-The Metroid Prolouge Manga

-Metroid 1(Specifically NES version and not Zero Mission)

-Super Metroid

-Metroid Other M


I decided to not use these sources for ridley
-Neo Ridley/Parasite X Ridley(Metroid Fusion)

-Metroid Prime Versions of Ridley

-Prior Versions of Ridley In Super Smash Bros


Although Neo Ridley in Metroid fusion is technically his last chronological appearance. I view neo ridley as more a reanimated corpse and not a version of the character with full sapience. The prime timeline was made non canon to the main timeline. And I view all prior boss/hazard appearances of ridley in prior smash titles as separate creations. And are not included in the memories of the ridley you play as in smash ultimate.

my intention when writing this version of ridley is basically this.
That when ridley was made in smash ultimate. He carries over the memories of the events in the manga. Up till his final fight in super metroid. But this version of ridley also carries vauge memories of the clone from metroid other M. So I understand that many people wouldn't include other m in this situation. But I personally think including basically 2 sets of memories. In what is essentially one of the earliest and aruguably weakest forms of ridley. Would make Ridley a more compelling character.(in my opinion)

However, I fully understand that this is probably not how wooden plank would choose to write ridley.

I make this edit purely out of appreciation of the work done by wooden plank
