The moon rises up in the night-sky, filling the darkened void with its precious white and dim light. Casting shadows of once only darkness prevail. Though it isn't any moon. It is full-moon, the one which frees inner beasts and taking over the worlds surface. Blessing or curse, no matter what the reason and personal opinion behind lycanthropy might be, no one is safe from it and finding a cure is even harder.
Cody lies in his bed and has a deep slumber. Dreaming about things he wouldn't remember in the next day and the body doesn't expect anything bad. Slowly the sun leaves the sky and lets the night win the constant game of hide and seek, letting then the moon taking the place of the large fireball in the firmament. Sweat begins to build up on his fur, the temperature inside him like a sickness. Fever dreams are conquering the mind of the equine and the bed is squeaking as the body of him tosses and turns around to fight for a moment of relaxation. A moment he would never reach in that night. The equine sit up after the eyes are opening in an instance and gasping for air as something would strangle his throat. A pain drives through his neck, the same biting pain that he had in one of his last fights in the month before. A werewolf bit him in a...full moon "No! That can't be! Impossible!", Cody speaks to himself while standing up with shaking and weak legs, aiding himself by placing the hand on the wall and slowly stumbles towards the only mirror in the room. And there he can see it, his eyes. Empty as the colour would have fade away. His first transformation is now happening. He completely forgot to drink a potion after his incident and will now suffer under its consequences.
The blood inside starts to boil and the pressure inside the head is getting more intense, in the same matter as his brain would try to leave the body. The hooves and hands are changing, getting more primal in form. Fingers are getting longer, nails forms to dagger-sharp claws. Muscles on the arms, legs and the chest begins to grow in length and wideness, ripping apart the tight shirt he originally wore, tearing it completely apart and lets it fall down onto the floor. Ears and head are changing completely. The nose gets smaller and more edgy, smelling new scents. The aroma of victims and blood gets an unique presence in the nostrils of his now wet nose. Ears are shortening though getting also much more sensitive, swearing he heard a snoring deer in the nearby woods. The pain is forcing every form of concentration out of Cody as he feels how all of his bones are getting rearranged and needs to suffer under the sounds of his own breaking bones before they are instantly growing together and forming a completely new body. Gone is the equine for this night, leaving behind a beast of unspeakable lust for flesh and the urge to hunt and run after something weak.
The changed pony looks up in the mirror again. Fully out of breath he stares at the flat reflecting surface and stares into an unknown face. If the canine in the mirror wouldn't have the same fur colour he would believed that it was just a trick, but it is reality. His own stupidity let him forget to protect himself against that curse. "Hmmm... honestly not that bad", the werewolf growls in a deep and silky tone and rises up to a more straight stance. He is now much bigger than before. And also wider. Muscles are toning his once lean body, teeth long as his former fingers are decorating the wide jaw and claws big enough to grab a head are now his main grabbing tools. "Time to shine. Nobody has something against some sinful actions.", Cody smirks with a mischievous grin at the mirror before turning around and leaping out of a window which just got his sice, running on all fours towards the nearby woods. hunting for fresh flesh. It could be food, or a lost virgin. Only tales of the scared farmers will tell the end of this story. But one is sure, Cody will have much fun and would use this new body to his own advantage.
