Something old that I finished for the heck of it... was trying to go for that "oil painting you find in a haunted house" look.

Veronica Plague, angel of decay, shadow, and ravens/crows.

she'll talk to them, but in an overly wordy manner, nearly monotone but in a way that sounds like she's being snobbish.

The oil-painting style seems to fit the character well and it projects a feeling of forlorn and sadness.

Her face brings to mind a weary soul searching a dark an lonely eternity for something she'll never find.
