Personality: Loyal and dedicated to his employer and coworkers, a skilled leader despite seeming aloof and preferring the solitude of the deep sea. Outside of work he pays little attention to social graces and norms. Has a brilliant mind for aquatic crimes and their execution on all levels.

Background: His origin is unknown, though he has made mention of growing up on a coastal village somewhere in the New World. He didn't make any notable debut until he was taken under the wing of a legendary sea-faring supervillain as an apprentice, whom he served under for a decade before eventually being recommended to Don Aetos of Coast City. He has since earned a place as one of the Pillars of the Stonedge Mafia, heading the group's coastal and water operations to handle smuggling and other matters.
