Decided to try an attempt at a fanmade design of a Mega Evolution for Flygon, who doesn't have a Mega. A Water/Dragon-type Mega Evolution, design wise was based on the great blue skimmer, a species of dragonfly considering Flygon is a dragon with dragonfly traits. This one is Mega X.
