In the 90s a lot, of cross stitchers and hand embroiderers who do hoopwork framed and hung up their finished pieces for decorative accents. the frame didn't have to be anything fancy or professional, just lookin' right. can't fathom why it doesn't seem as common these days. just a thought, y'know, in case you find yourself looking for something to do with 'em.

I'm sorry to spend money on even the cheapest frames. If I have an extra dollar, I will use it to buy something from materials for work or food. I can't afford to spend too much. I also can't sell the works that have already been sewn. I mean, if I were selling, I would have to accept that the job I spent a month on would cost a maximum of $50. $50 is money, but I just won't be able to sell for such modest.
In any case, no one is hanging paintings now - because the cost of wallpaper is much more important than some kind of art. Nowadays it is not customary to spoil the walls with nails to hang paintings on them. I do not know why empty walls have become so preferred, but it's just a fact. My house could look like an art gallery with dozens of works if I ever have my own place.

oh, that's really boring. sorry to hear. i don't live like that because i actually want joy in my life, and i work with what i've got instead of spending money like people do these days. hopefully art becomes fun someday for you like its meant to be instead of this thing that was literally depressing to read.
