my progress for 2 years of gym
my goal is to get super strong arms and back >w<
I've hated sports since school, still struggle with an eating disorder and I hate the way I look
but training helps me to accept my body and become stronger
hope some day I'm really going to stop hating myself

Good job :>, looking excellent!
I struggle with my looks too. Accepting myself. I have lost 50kg over the last 1.5 years, and now I have to deal with loose skin and stretch marks. It's better to be healthy than good-looking, but both would be nice.
Keep going and good luck, one day we all going to be happy with what we do and how we look :). Each day counts towards it so enjoy the journey <3.
(You also got some really cool art skills, so good job :>)

I go to the gym 3 days a week - legs/back/arms, I do everything except deadlifts and barbell squats bc of my back, 150-200 kg angular leg press instead, 30 kg bench press, 40 kg low seated row, it's all for like 3-4 sets 8-10 reps
In two years from 0 I can now do 20 push-ups and I'll be able to do my first pull-up soon without helping weight ^^
what is your training plan?

Damn that's impressive for the leg press! And wow 2 years already in the works, that's awesome!
I've been working with a coach for the past 5-6 months, he's giving me the exercises, I also do 3 days per week, I alternate days with squats and days with deadlifts, almost each session the weight on both increase by 5 lbs, today I deadlifted 375 lbs (170 kg) and friday I squatted 295 lbs (133.81 kg), I generally do 3 exercises per workout so the last 2 will vary between benches, presses, lat pulldown, row, curls, assisted pull-ups, etc.
I'm working on becoming like my bara OC Djoser. ^^

I take creatine regularly and try to have more protein regularly. I did a diet for a while with meal replacements which are big on protein and low carbs and fats and I use a packet every morning as breakfast, plus some egg bites (basically crust-less quiches…), otherwise I drink a pre-workout before… well the workout. I've also cycle every day for my commute to work so I'm in pretty good shape despite my weight.
