ALFALFA, aka Al'
A Whimsicott native to the region. If he had always been a bit of an outlier within his family, using the rare Sun Stone his parents were safekeeping for his eldest sibling got him thrown out for good. With no real goal in life, Al' spent a lot of time roaming.

He inevitably ended up in trouble. A rescue team saved him, inspiring him in the process. From then on, he started looking for a teammate for a rescue team with. When this peculiar Pikachu arrived in town, Al' followed him around until he relented and formed a rescue team with him.
