Its from the manga. Wolfwood has died and another guy has taken his place. He uses two of these and he's quite good with them.

oh wait...sorry my mistake the cross gu nthe preist used in Trigun was shoulder mounted and shit cause it was so frikken huge..my bad man but damn nice design regardless!
