Hey, all! As we all know, Crash isn't exactly the most verbal marsupial around, so I've been thinking of a few potential ways that he could communicate.
One option is to use signs a la Wile E. Coyote, though that one may sort of ruin the charm of the character if it's done too frequently. This one could be better suited to quick gags.
Another option that I'm personally fond of - and one that we already see from him in the games themselves - is for him to rely on expressions and body language. Crash has always been an expressive character, so a lot could be done with this idea.
Another fanon idea I've had is for Crash to use the "Narrative Shapeshifting" trope a la Courage the Cowardly Dog - just quickly making himself look like another character (such as Cortex, as seen here) to better get a point across.
I just put all this together as a way to get the idea "on paper," so to speak. What do you think?
