What the hell are these things? I don't know!
I took this a couple weeks ago. They were all clumped together on one of my trees in a big black spot. Then, as I got close they started milling around angrily. I have no clue what these are and have never seen them before.
*Edit* Thanks to bugguide.net, I have identified these as barklice.

woah.... they kind look like a plage we get time ago here at the city... they suck the trees juices and dry them, look like cant do a lot of damage, but they almost kill half of the trees of the city.
Of course Im not a bugs expert so maybe you shall keep listening to the news if there's something about this bugs :P
