Well, I tried plugging in my distortion pedal I got while I was in Oz, only to find that it doesn't work on the American current. So I searched the place up and down for my old pedal and finally found it just as I was losing interest in recording. That small scrap of interest was the only thing that saved this song today. Unfortunately, I needed to re-make all of the effect patches I used on my Oz pedal, which took me quite a long time and I didn't even get CLOSE to what I had on my Oz pedal. So, I decided to say FUCK THIS SHIT and record anyway.

Halfway through the recording process, I went out for a smoke. When I came back, for some unknown reason, the volume on the input was WAAAAY down and I couldn't get it back to where it was before I recorded. So I futzed. For a good hour and a half I futzed with the volumes, all of the cables, the guitar, until FINALLY, I figured out that one of my cords was COMPLETELY FUCKING SHOT and I needed to replace it. Fortunately, I have a good amount of replacement cables.

So I continued the song. Only while I was doing the final render did I realize just how many errors I made with the volume leveling for the keyboards and how the volume levels for the guitar are ALSO FUCKED UP.

To make a long story short, this was the best I could do with how little I cared after SO MANY THINGS GOING WRONG while I was recording this goddamned song.
