I was originally going to dress him in blue, but P.U.C.K. is a Canadian secret agency, so I figured red would be more suitable.

Also, I gave him a Turbo-Powered Hockey Stick™, which uses secret impact-boosting technology, making it an effective melee weapon, as well as a useful tool for projectile launching.

Oh, and a special Diamandium codpiece. Those large horse balls are a tempting target for sadistic snipers. Gotta protect them.
