Background - 80/130 USD (depending on the complexity).
If the character has additional complex elements (for example, wings, complex tattoos, fins, etc), then I charge an additional fee of 35 - 50 USD per character for this.
I can also charge an additional fee for complex clothing (such as armor, elaborate dresses, uniforms, body armor, etc) for an additional 35 - 50 USD per character.
I don't charge money for ordinary clothes.
