Sorry, I'm not sure what's wrong! If you want to read, please download it.
This is a short story about an artist with artist block. The story is mostly based off of myself, in that I do love to draw, I do have a Block right now, it IS hot in my house, I do drink a lot of soda, and I did go out for pictures yesterday.
The character in the story is a she, but I'm sure it can relate to anyone. This is also why I did not give her a name.
I am taking critique on this one! Please, tell me if anything seems...off. X3

You've got a knack for description and you're very good at filling out a scene, two things I've a tendency to struggle with. I really enjoyed the work and your use of metaphor was skillful. I could imagine the scene playing out, like a film in my head. I'd love to see more, especially if I could see how you handle dialogue.
Oh, thank you!
It makes me proud to hear this, I can't stop smiling! Description is a struggle for me sometimes because occasionally i don't know when to stop and move on when I like the subject too much. Film-inducing is what I like to go for, it's my favorite result of writing (but you know that by now).
And thanks again, I'll hopefully be putting up more. This was just to make sure that anyone who stopped by my page had an idea of what my style's like. I'll be sure the next piece has dialogue, and I hope you'll like it!
