I seem to have too many females with happy faces all the time lol
So from some scrapped pics of her first design I decided to make Carmelia a quiet but cold kind of woman.

It also seems I couldn't decide on which outfit worked for her, but thanks to he gave me the idea for this one, so many thanks to him.

She quickly became a personal favorite of mines and many others too,
Hmmmm must be those eyes.
