Lol, in a way yes since he looked pretty queer in his outfit, same body build, also used claws as his weapon, has a ponytail and was kind of a phyromaniac. Zhang He was pretty much the only General like that in his time in a war long ago, he was obviously/clearly gay but the only reason he was never killed for being so in those times was because of being so skilled in combat and being such a cunning stradegist. Vega would mostly fit the bill since he would be close to the same if he lived in those times.
