Another piece for the Halloween season, this one a bit more loosely connected. I wanted to draw a witch hat, and I wanted to make it a big one. I think I'm getting a little better with anatomy, especially the arms and hands.
I'm still figuring out speech bubbles. My software isn't very good at editing text...
I also wanted to add a "wet material" effect to everything, but I wasn't sure how. So I... didn't.
