showing some progress with my workouts. Ramping things up nice and slow, adding 5-10 pounds to each compound lift each workout for the time being, until I start to get close to my personal maximums, whatever they turn out to be for each movement.
ICYWW, I'm doing a 5x5 program, three compound lifts each workout, that's it. None of this crazy 8-exercise overtraining foolishness I used to do. Smooth, studied motion each and every time I do each lift. It's very zen. I just wonder how I'm going to look in 4 months.
