Confetti was made to be the star of the party! The colourful marks on their body can shift and change around, so no two colours are every in the same place, they can also light up to sounds of music beats! Their tong is also a party horn, which they are constantly blowing - they don't actually speak, so... they blow their horn-tongue to communicate with others, despite how... annoying it can get at times lol
