Oh yeah, one could fold only two of the three backseats, so you'd still have a regular seat with seatbelt for your torso and ample room to roll out the rest of you on the side and back~!
Not sure how you could secure those coils too without support columns though... and columns inside the car sound like something that would obstruct your rear view... *pondering*
