Starfire and Blackfire have a competitive match with one another, Starfire issued the challenge to Blackfire, why?

Awhile back, Starfire lost a match to Powergirl, and has lost a few other fights also.

Starfire trained harder with her friends, but she didn't feel she improved much, feeling down she wondered what she could do?

Starfire: "This feeling I have is bothersome, I feel like I have not improved at all, my friends are good to me and have supported me, but I just do not feel motivated at all"

Then she remembered her sister Blackfire had been very successful in fighting and winning matches, even going several rounds with Wonder Woman and making her submit, so if there was anyone that could help her improve her power, strength and skills, it was Blackfire.

Starfire: "I will pay Blackfire a visit, it has been sometime since I have seen her, Blackfire is more competitive and challenging, so I will ask of her to train me, I just hope she agrees"

Starfire went to her sister's gym and asked for a truce, she asked Blackfire if she could help her get stronger, Blackfire smiled and asked why, Starfire told her reasons, Blackfire pondered for a moment and agreed.

Blackfire: "Star? What are you doing in my gym, if you're here to talk about justice and how you and your friends are watching my every move, then-"

Starfire: "Will you train me, Blackfire?"

Blackfrie: "Huh, train you? This your idea of a joke? Your sense of humour always was unusual, Star"

Starfire: "Blackfire, I wish to hold a truce with you, I have come to accept that you are no longer a threat, you have a career here and have become a popular wrestler among the people of Earth"

Blackfire: "This is a surprise, what exactly are you wanting training for?"

Starfire: "I had a competitive match with Powergirl, and I lost the match, I have failed at other matches and I can not get this feeling to go way, It is affecting my routine of patrolling and protecting Jump City, so I need your help, please sister"

Blackfire was curious to see what Starfire had, she let Starfire use her gym and training rooms, the two sparred each other using all kinds of moves.

Blackfire "You know what, this could be interesting, so why not. It will be interesting to see you spar more serious, use my gym to your heart's content!"

Starfire: "Thank you, Blackfire, I will never forget this kindness of yours!"

Blackfire: "And remember Starfire, this training will be hardcore training, no shortcuts, no easy going, okay"

Starfire: "I understand Blackfire, that is how you have always been"

As they sparred, Blackfire noticed Starfire's arms were pretty big and the muscle density was impressive.

Blackfire told Starfire to train and work her arms more.

Blackfire: "Your arms are pretty big and strong, Star, why don't you train your arms more? You're a hugger after all, you could improve that bearhug of yours"

Starfire: "It is true that my arms have got a lot bigger and stronger"

Blackfire: "How did you get them bigger and stronger, you said your training wasn't going well?"

Starfire: "In our Tower in the training room, I used the heaviest dumbbells and barbells to arm curl, and I crushed nothing but rocks, boulders, steel, titanium and any other hard material with my hand and arms, it was all I was motivated to do"

Blackfire: "I see, focus on your bearhug squeeze, like I focus on my thigh squeeze, you'll do a lot of damage with that kind of power!"

Starfire: "Blackfire, I do not wish to cause damage to anyone"

Blackfrie: "I didn't mean using it on anyone, I meant for combat or matches"

Starfire: "Oh, of course, you are right, I was not thinking properly, that is why I am here after all! Let's keep going!"

The two sisters trained for months, Starfire's body improved greatly with power and strength, she was more motivated than ever!

Starfire: "Blackfire, I challenge you to a real match! I wish to see how far I have come"

Blackfire: "I accept your challenge, sister, I hope you're ready!"

Blackfire and Starfire grappled in a steel cage, neither holding back!

Blackfire using her thighs to submit Starfire multiple times, Blackfire also mocked and teased Starfire, this did not damper her spirits though, this just made her more eager to fight! Blackfire Knew this of course, she wanted to see Starfire go all out!

Blackfire: "Come on, Star, all this training, and you still fight like an amateur!"

Starfire: "I am not an amateur!"

Blackfire: "Then stop fighting like one!"

Starfire and Blackfire went on to fight for over an hour, both striking and countering attacks and moves, eventually Starfire grabbed Blackfire and pulled her into a bearhug!

Starfire locked her arms and squeezed Blackfire super tight! Blackfire struggled to break out, she could feel her ribs being compressed, she pushed at Starfire to try and break away, but Stafire just pulled her back in and squeezed more and more!

Blackfire was in agony, Starfire's bearhug was very powerful, and her crushing power was incredible! Blackfire grits her teeth, she yells out in pain as Starfire brings the squeeze!

Blackfire was weakening, her arms slowly moving now, the air leaving her body as Starfire squeezed tighter, crushing her ribs!

Blackfire with a smile tapped out.

Blackfire: "Argh! Okay, You win Starfire"

Stafire releases Blackfire, both sit on the floor exhausted.

Blackfire: "Well done, Star, you've improved a hell of a lot!"

Starfire: "Thank you for training me, Blackfire, I feel great again!"

The two smiled and called it a day.
