I admittedly don't know anything about cats, so as such I can't confirm if this is true or not. But I read somewhere that if a cat exposed their belly to somebody else it meant that they don't want to be touched there.
But fellas... Idk who the viewer is, but Katt's clearly tempting them!! Especially with those eyes of hers... she knows what she's doing.
Maybe one belly rub wouldn't hurt...?
