This is Richie.
Dillon (lopunny) found him during a chase of a band of criminals, his parents were killed. Richie was trying to fight them off, but obviously he wasn't strong enough. Dillon, Ari (Arcanine) and a few other ranger/rescuers took the Ursaring down and to "justice" (meaning Officer Electivire)
Richie was badly beaten, so Dillon took him back to the guild to heal him and later find a family willing to adopt him. Richie got blind of his right eye. When he got there, Zara(Zangoose) helped treat the little Tepig. He stayed about two weeks and they couldn't find a home for him. They got attachd to him tho, so Dillon took him in as his own. He calls Dillon "Papa" and Zara "Mama".
Dillon is a sucker for him xD
And Zara has a soft spot for him as well. She won't hurt Dillon near him (Which Dillon usually takes advantage of xD)
