It was too much. Those pesky heisters have evaded the justice for too long, and Shyla was trying to make sure they'll catch them this time.

I've always felt the most 'unexpected' thing for me, that doesn't get explained much, about Morrowind combat is the fact you need to have as much stamina as you can during fighting, as lower stamina -> worse chances at hits!
