This is page 2 of the 2 pages commission for the anonymous customer! Thank you so much for commissioned me! And thank you for allowed me to post this! Hope everyone else will enjoy this too! It's about the Blue Dragon which I didn't do much, to be fair, not at all, when you think about it... XD!!! Anyway, enjoy!

In the page 2, the story continue from what we left, the little guy got eaten by the Blue Dragon and now he's in his stomach, the Blue Dragon asked him to try escaping by his own, to prove he's a real deal but the guy seems like he didn't want to try, not the rear exit that the Blue Dragon expecting, but instead, he able to find a way to go back the way he came but trying to get out from the month is a bit too risk so he try the nose instead but hey, in the end, they seems to get along and find a way to enjoy themselves... Good for them, I guess? XD!!!

Not exactly, while it's not shown in the art itself, but at the throat there's two paths, one is the esophagus that leads into the stomach, but is hidden/covered most of the time, which makes way for the second path, which is the trachea behind the vocal cords, that leads into the lungs.
To summarise it, normally, the nose would lead to the trachea and down into the lungs, like breathing and smelling; whereas mouth would usually leads to the esophagus, into the stomach, while we eat and drink, but to avoid the risk of anything falling into the lungs, the trachea would be covered and open the esophagus, letting food and drink in and down into the stomach.
To summarise it, normally, the nose would lead to the trachea and down into the lungs, like breathing and smelling; whereas mouth would usually leads to the esophagus, into the stomach, while we eat and drink, but to avoid the risk of anything falling into the lungs, the trachea would be covered and open the esophagus, letting food and drink in and down into the stomach.
That's called an endoscope, and the process of viewing inside one's body is endoscopy if I'm not mistaken. While for me, not really, but I suppose it is possible that the camera is inserted through the nasal cavity and go into the esophagus, down into the stomach, mostly to avoid gag reflex if I'm not mistaken.
I'm very glad the commissioner included it, I always liked your art style, but not sure whether you've drawn internal nasal views in the past (if you wouldn't mind searching through your gallery for them if you have the time?). Still, I'm very happy that I managed to lay my eyes on your beauty!
For a free stuff here, I think I made some but in sketch, I also think some of my Patreon got a few if I mention a Nose Vore on the preview but also sketch as well... Huh, when you think about it, this is the first time I coloring nasal view, all thanks to the customer XD!
I feel kinda lucky that your customer requested a great addition as well! I totally understand their intention to remain anonymous, but man would I love to meet them if I have a chance, I just had this unusual liking of internal nasal views on male characters! (Mostly personal preferences that I only like nasal related stuff on males, never females, but I still respect females anyway)
