Tickling is one thing against which a healing factor can offer no resistance and given that Logan does have heightened senses that might even mean he's that bit more ticklish, especially to a goat's rough tongue on the soles of his feet, or having his ribs tickled. If Deadpool does come to his rescue, it's quite possible he might just decide to join in the fun with tickling Logan some more.
