Eh, on my (Quick count) 7th new GM in two years...

(Look, yes, there is supposed to be high turnover in the Food Service Industry. Amongst the STAFF. Managers in General and General Managers specifically normally tend to stick around longer than 4 months on average.)

Another question is how much two horses can carry... let's say something around 100kg up to 150kg each? So she can get up to 300kg of gold? Today is 1g somewhere around 85USD ... so yeah, two horses loaded with gold could be enough for starting little business :)) Unless gold is much more less valuable in her world.
This story looks so promising. I am really looking forward for any continuation.
