Owl Sidokar Kemass led a quiet life as a magician in the local guild, until an old friend, Johann Safaxer, returned from the war to his doorstep. Having lost an arm in battle, Johann gained a new one through an encounter with a mysterious entity from another world. But with this gift came an obsession - a craving to follow them into another plane of existence. Sidokar decides to help his friend in his quest to cross over to another realm, but they have no idea yet what price they will have to pay for this dangerous path.

My next short story that takes place in my setting — Eanor. I finished writing it in the late winter or early spring of 2023, but didn't polish it with a friend until this summer.
