*LOL* I know, I shouldn't have to point this out, but some people just get their panties in such a twist, as if I acted this out for references or something :P

Wow. Someone went completely ballistic. I really, really should read more of Perri's work. From what I've read, her stories can be awfully dark at times, but she's really quite good and it's always fun to see the work you do for her. I'm kind of surprised there isn't more of this sort of work around, too, when you think about it. Not every prey animal is going to want to play nice with the predators!
I've read the entire series probably at least 5 times *laughs*
Some spots are darker than others - like this scene. I think this is one of the more gristly scenes in the story, & I actually enjoyed drawing it, just because it's so much different than what I normally draw :)

Sweetie, never be afraid of what others think. YOU'RE the artist, it's YOUR picture. Do what makes you happy. If you love the picture, post it. Share it with the world. Not everyone is gonna hate it, and those that do, well...they shouldn't comment. I'm glad you posted it. I really like this, and I would also be proud of this as well.
