First off, I'll say I'm not the target audience for this (while I do like transformation, canon character transformations aren't something I typically like), but you did pretty good job with this!
I do like how you tried to give it more of a happy ending for both yourself and the Ketukanes, and Flowey knowing that something definitely is amiss. I'm kind of curious to see what would happen if he actually did meet up with them afterwards.

I definitely wanted to play more with something being amiss, since while you can actually mod your save to play as kanako, he obviously doesn't respond differently. And I do like giving happier endings for these- I had a friend write a ceroba TF for me a while back, and there I also made sure everyone ended up okay :)
I doubt I'll do much more with this story, but I will say it's interesting for him to potentially realize something changed a lot without him doing anything!
