A unique creature concocted by a distant iterator, a mixture with a slugcat in an attempt to have an overseer that was more intelligent and capable of understanding complex things. Imbued with the curiosity and investigative documenting impulses of any other overseer, but the independent mind of a slugcat, the experiment after long enough found themself wandering outside communications range of the iterator not to be seen again by their maker.

Their body composition made of a lightweight and uniquely translucent material, eyes and whiskers identical to that of a typical overseer. They quietly but swiftly follow their own little mission through the world, making use of projected holograms and images to sometimes distract and guide other creatures as they avoid physical confrontation.
It's been a long time since their last routine maintenance, so their neural networks have been free to drift and adapt independently. They might act a bit strange, with a personality of abnormal quirks, yet their memory retains full integrity. Still recalling every moment they had spent with their iterator and holding onto their given name, "the nonpareil"
