This is one of the Charaboms from the Bomberman Jetters series.
The Charaboms in the Bomberman series have many appealing designs, but it’s unfortunate that they’re not very well known. This Charabom is quite minor even among them, and it’s the evolved from of Ptera ( though in other series, Ptera is sometimes called Pteradon, which can be confusing ). But it did have a bit of a role in the anime!
